Windrush Cuisine™ has been offering Unique Caribbean Outside Catering, fun relaxed cookery classes and team building in Belfast for the last 6 years Windrush Cuisine™ was set up by chef Wendy in 2004.

 

Influenced by childhood memories of wonderful smells and creations coming from friends and family's kitchens, celebrating and commiserating life and love with dutchpots full of curry goat, fried chicken and guinness punch, brown fish stew, fried chicken, patties and much much more I couldn't  be anything but enthusiastic about caribbean food!

 

It's varied and vibrant flavours challange and delight tastebuds.

 

Windrush Cuisine specialises in caribbean cuisine from many islands of caribbean sea, such as   Cuba, Barbados, Jamaica, Guadalope, Guyana.
