Gluten Free

Many more of us are eating gluten free products.  Do you find it difficult to get nice gluten free and wheat free products?  Not only are many expensive but they are often disappointing, crumbly and sometimes plain horrible!

At Windrush most of our products are and can be made gluten free.

I Love going for coffee but find it fustrating, why can't I have  a nice gluten free slice of cake or biscuits?  I want a freshly made cake or traybake without a shelf life of 2 years.

Now you can have your cake and eat it!! lovely vanilla and cardoman cake, vanilla cupcakes, banana bread and much more. Why not have a yummy gluten free caribbean rum cake, I think it tastes better than my cakes made with wheat flour, but Iam biased!.

I am currently revampin our Gluten free range with a new menu which will be road tested by some tasters in the next fews before hitting this site for order.
