Shark and Bakes. Grilled darnes of shark lightly spiced with flat bread and grilled garlic and sweetpotato salsa.
Caribbean Chicken roulade. Stuff and boned whole chicken with tropical fruit, rum and our secret stuffing served with citrus gravy.
